What happens

  • Immediately: the record can no longer be read without an account, is no longer offered to search engines, and its name is hidden from visitors in draws, match sheets and shared scores.
  • Within 30 days: the record and its results are removed from our dataset. We keep only the licence number, so that the record does not come back the next time the directory is read.
  • If you are listed in several directories (for example the AFT and Tennis & Padel Vlaanderen) and we are able to link them, a single request covers them all.

What we need

Your federation, your licence number and an email address so we can reply. The parent or legal representative of a player under 18 can make the request on their behalf. The address is erased as soon as the request has been handled.

A question, a special case? Write to info@tennistiq.be. How we process federation data is explained in our privacy policy.

Removal request

For Tennis Europe, it is the player's TE ID (for example BEL8380111), as shown on their profile.

No IP address is stored with this request.
