1. Publisher

The tennistiq.be website and the Tennistiq service are published by:

  • Publisher and editor-in-chief: Raphaël Delvaux, private individual
  • Country of establishment: Belgium
  • Email: info@tennistiq.be

Tennistiq is a free service, in invitation-only private beta. No commercial activity is carried out at this time: there is no incorporated company, no company number and no VAT registration. These details will be completed, and a business address published, before any billing.

2. Hosting

The service is hosted on a dedicated server provided by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, located in the Gravelines (GRA), France data centre. The database sits on the same server.

A daily backup is replicated to a second machine under our control, in Belgium. No data leaves the European Union. Details of the processing are set out in the privacy policy.

3. Intellectual property

The code, interface, visual identity, texts and analyses produced by Tennistiq are protected and remain the property of the publisher. Any reproduction or imitation of the interface is prohibited without written permission.

Sports results themselves are facts, not works: we claim no ownership of them. The data you enter (matches, points, your players' statistics) remains yours.

4. Trademarks and federation data

The names "AFT", "Association Francophone de Tennis", "FLT", "Fédération Luxembourgeoise de Tennis", "Tennis Europe", as well as tournament and club names, belong to their respective owners.

Tennistiq is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of the AFT, the FLT, Tennis Europe or any other federation. The service uses data that these federations publish on their publicly accessible websites, and presents it under its own responsibility.

5. Links and external sources

The service links to third-party websites, including tennis.tppwb.be (AFT), flt.lu and flt.tournamentsoftware.com (FLT), te.tournamentsoftware.com (Tennis Europe). We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it.

6. Accuracy of sports data

Tennistiq calculates points, projects rankings and estimates positions in the federation pyramid. These figures are calculations and estimates, produced from data published by the federations and refreshed periodically: rankings are published twice a year (May and October), entries are collected at most once a day, and draws are crawled every night.

Only the figures published by the federation are authoritative. They cannot be used to contest a federation decision, and we guarantee neither their accuracy, nor their completeness, nor their freshness.

7. Contact and reporting

For any question, complaint or report of unlawful content: info@tennistiq.be. Requests concerning personal data are handled in accordance with the privacy policy.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This website and its use are governed by Belgian law, and the Belgian courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rules protecting consumers , who in any event retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.

9. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers may refer a dispute to the Consumer Mediation Service (Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur), North Gate II, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels — mediationconsommateur.be.
